新安装的机器，在MyEclipse中停止Tomcat服务器时出现如下信息
[org.apache.catalina.core.AprLifecycleListener]-[INFO] Failed shutdown of Apache Portable Runtime
解决方法：
（1）安装Tomcat时预先安装native1.dll 或者
（2）去 http://tomcat.heanet.ie/native/ 下载编译好的 tcnative-1.dll 文件，放到Tomcat的bin目录下
